| iNARTE Merges with RABQSA International |

On May 7th, 2012, iNARTE merged with RABQSA International. iNARTE is now a brand of RABQSA. RABQSA International is an independent subsidiary of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and was created in 2004 by the merging of the US based Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) and the Australian based Quality Society of Australasia (QSA). In 2005, RAB's accreditation programs for management systems certification bodies became the responsibility of the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB). The personnel certification and training provider certification programs of RAB became the responsibility of RABQSA International.
At the time of the merger, both iNARTE and RABQSA organizations were non-profit and non-governmental, providing certification services to individuals in public and private sector employ. RABQSA is accredited to the International Standard ISO/IEC 17024:2003, “Requirements For Bodies Operating The Certification Of Persons”, the globally accepted benchmark for personnel certification that focuses on the defining and examining of competency of personnel.
RABQSA International has its principal offices in Milwaukee, USA, Sydney, Australia, and Seoul, Korea,. They also have eleven other international offices throughout Europe, Asia and South America. The iNARTE operations will be relocating to the Milwaukee, WI, office.
As a result of this merger, RABQSA International has almost 15,000 certificate holder, making them largest personal credentialing agency in the world. This merger expands the credentialing options offered by RABQSA beyond their traditional auditor, assessor and quality management schemes. It also raises the global profile of the iNARTE brand and provides opportunities to add greater value and recognition for professional excellence in iNARTE’s engineering disciplines..

| iNARTE signs Affiliate Agreement with RABQSA |
In May 2011, iNARTE signed an Affiliation Agreement with RABQSA. RABQSA was created in 2004 by the merging of the US based Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) and the Australian based Quality Society of Australasia (QSA). In 2005, RAB's accreditation programs for management systems certification bodies became the responsibility of the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB). The auditor certification and auditor training provider programs of RAB became the responsibility of RABQSA International. ASQ, the American Society for Quality is the controlling body of RABQSA.
